Its the Prince of Darkness, one of the Commitee of 300 and most probably a handler of Keir Starmer along with Tony Blair.

Their was a video of him off his nut on what I now realize was adrenochrome, its been erased. It isn't the one of him off his tits in Parliament but it was outdoors circa 2016-17
