Seriously people... The meaning of lady hair cutting was covered long ago in a well known 1905 short story by O. Henry. The Gift of teh MAGA:

Cutting strings is bad. It'll get you a run in with the teeth of the dragon and you'll be trading your free time for chains (Penal code 187 is murder charges). So get back to work. Chop Chop!

I wonder if it was meant as a warning for Senator Dillingham back in the day. Anyhow, if Trump is somehow causing the cutting of puppet strings, I think that's great. Even the Google doodle celebrated the IRON EAGLE for veterans day, and we all know that's on Q-140, which mentions puppets and strings cut.
