If LA or any other city doesn't comply with lawful Federal regulations concerning illegals who sneaked into the country, remove all Federal funding...ALL OF IT. Guaranteed they'll come around. No block grants, no assistance from HUD, nothing from Dept. of Transportation, nothing from Homeland Security, etc. And when natural disasters occur, make it clear that there's nothing coming their way.

Many such cases. Some sane adult should at least focus on not only town planning but also services (dump-trucks, parks, public toilets, libraries etc.) that are not out-sourced to criminals.
