For AG, I’d like that aggressive guy from Texas, but I’d love to see him stay in Texas.

Yeah - we need him here still. I still want him to primary Cornyn next election.

Paxton could theoretically be the AG for a year but he would have to campaign in late 2025 for the primary in 2026.

I will say though, with Trump in office I don't see Ken Paxton having to file lawsuits like he did when Biden was in.
