Under Obama HHS was directed by Kathleen Sebelius, responsible for the failed rollout of the obamacare website. She was grilled by Congress but nothing happened to her.

HEALTH and Human Services, right? She is as pro-abortion as it gets. "Sebelius has been endorsed by Planned Parenthood and they have conducted fundraising activity on her behalf."
