Just a FINE point on your screed...Why does there have "travel time accounted for"????

In this day and age they can't do video conferencing along with sending the transcript of what they are talking about BACK TO DC?????

NO TRAVEL...All done via video AND the Inspector General's office doing inspection on ALL agencies ONCE a YEAR...If Improvements made...Once every 18 months BUT NO LONGER!!!!!!!!
