It seems like a bait and switch to me. They have the face of the decoy, but they could probably find that guy and squeeze him till he fesses up. Idk...it's all so freakin' weird. It seems kind of theatrical, to be honest. Do we even know for sure that the guy is dead?

Many questions abound, but one thing is certain: it draws the world's attention to the shitty business of insurance. I'm not sure why we haven't seen that industry as any different than mafia tactics.
