The senate repubs alone couldn't, I don't believe. This feels like one of those 2/3 votes required. I could be wrong, but realistically what dumbass senator would vote to allow themselves to be expelled by just a majority vote?

For the house - your guess is as good as mine. However - Pelosi ran the place for a while. Who knows what she changed and/or hid?
