Then pay it back over the next 1000 years. This will be used to modernize all things efficient and long lasting. Then they should offer a similar LOC to all other Nations and charge an installation fee and management fee. The group running the Global Government should be the creme de la creme. This should give young people an extremely exciting career goal to aim towards. The 10 New Cities that Donald Trump has floated should be Cities built around bringing Industry back to the USA, that builds essential products. Each New City builds key components that all the other Cities require. So all the Cities prop each other up. By using the Giant LOC or God's LOC, there is no indentured living.
