WHOMEVER ordered this "HIT" on that Russian General are going to pay and I am quite sure that the 2 agencies mentioned above just might include one more---DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency)!!!!!!! That UNIT pretty much keeps track of the military side of things!!!!
