What we think of as Canadian bacon is just ham. But peameal bacon or back bacon isnt anything like what we serve here. Those are what Canadian bacon really is.
Source: My wife is Canadian. She eats all kinds of weird organ meat. Like beef and kidney pie. Yuck. Liver for breakfast. Yuck. Blood pudding. Yuck. We even celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving. I get two turkeys every fall!!
I wouldnt say that. I dont eat crap and I work right alongside my crew doing flatwork for 12 hours days 9 months a year and play organized hockey and coach my grandaughters team plus hunt and fish all winter.
But I assume your point is the high nutrient density in organ meat.
Still though -- Yuck. (I will eat deer heart if its cooked like a scallopini)

Besides her tastes. She is prolly the more healthy one though? Yes?

When I started beef liver (dried). It was a game changer. And was already 98% carnivore.
I have a buddy that pickles deer brains. Would you eat that? Looks so freaking gross haha.
