I wish I had the reference, I think it was on Fox around Nov. 2001, after 9-1-1, that political commentator and strategist Richard Morris said that we had the technology available then in 2001 to have analyzed the hijackers’ backgrounds and if utilized, would have prevented the hijackers on 9-1-1, but previously Clinton did not want this tech implemented.
(Apparently Bush was not presented with this tech system to implement it, and I think he was in onit along with neocons, but that’s another volume of research.)

From what I understand the US consulate lower level interviewers had rejected these individuals visas but they were eventually granted! Hence my post!
