Sen. Rand Paul's (R-KY) annual Festivus Waste Report released Monday targeted taxpayer-subsidized flood insurance for which some of the most loved (and loathed) celebrities are eligible.

This has been going on for literally decades. Topanga canyon for example. First the forest fires to get rid of the brush that's keeping the dirt attached to the hills. Then the rain, then the mudslides to take out the multimillion dollar houses and then government to the rescue.
