No, I am not an FBI shill. I am actually thinking that I might have a case of suing so as not to pay taxes, because paying taxes includes an act of good faith that the money is not fraudulently spent.
Anyway, I would love to hear opinions about the pros and cons. And I am curious to know if you're hearing things in your own circles. What's the vibe of the country? That cleaning lady was pretty pissed off!
No my brothers and sisters. Be patient. We will see victory. We are not like them. We will win and your families will prosper if you don't let yourselves fall into the trap. Those that skirt the system are vulnerable to government treachery. Give unto Caesar what is Caesar's and trust in God for your victory.
A lot of illegal immigrants file false tax returns using stolen SS#s ... and get tax refunds of $ Thousands.
Hopefully the IRS pays attention this year and stops the fraud.
Looks like others are having the same idea
Is Paying Federal Income Tax Mandatory
Yes, it is illegal not to pay your federal income tax. The requirement to pay federal income tax is not voluntary and is clearly set forth in section 1 of the Internal Revenue Code, which imposes a tax on the taxable income of individuals, estates, and trusts as determined by the tables set forth in that section.
The Supreme Court has upheld the legality and constitutionality of the federal income tax system, and individuals who refuse to pay federal income tax based on the argument that it is voluntary or unconstitutional are subject to penalties and legal consequences.
For example, individuals who assert that the tax system is voluntary and refuse to comply with tax laws are subject to penalties, including a $5,000 penalty for filing a frivolous tax return.

Brave AI may be deducing it's answer based on info that has been published in the past! It believes the world it is presented with! Income Tax in a righteous world is evil! People making more money based on working more hours should never have more monies deducted from them! It actually is counterproductive!
Here's my answer to TNBanjoMan's question:
"Can 100 million Americans decide en masse to disobey a regulation?"
Ah, there's the rub. We can't get 100 million Americans to believe that COVID-19 and the jabs were a bioweapon developed by our own government. How would we ever get 100 million Americans to stop paying their taxes?
"The requirement to pay federal income tax is not voluntary and is clearly set forth in section 1 of the Internal Revenue Code...."
Here's the thing... an agency regulation does not carry the same weight as an actual law, passed by Congress and signed by the President. So the question is, Can 100 million Americans decide en masse to disobey a regulation?

Well, sadly you're right. And a further impediment would be that, because most peo0ples' taxes are taken out by their employers, they would have to file paperwork to not have that deduction made for them.
Agreed. This is but one reason why it's a bad idea to encourage people not to pay their taxes. It doesn't really matter whether it's legal for the gov't to collect them or not. The point is, the gov't is waaayyyy bigger than you or I, so if they want our money bad enough, there's not much we, as individuals, can do to stop them. This is why we need Trump and Musk to do the dirty work for us. They're in a much better position to implement some real change.
True, it's what I voted for... a wrecking ball. But I think what would capture Americans' undivided attention in a monumental way would be for Trump to announce that due to all the savings and misspent money being found and returned to the Treasury, that a Tax Jubilee would be in effect in 2026 for the entire year of 2025.
No income tax would be required under such an announcement, and that tariffs and repatriated money would more than run the slimmed down government for the next year, maybe two.
I suspect that some sort of repatriation of our hard-earned dollars will occur at some point. Perhaps sooner than we think.
I wish I had that much courage. But this is definitely taxation without representation!!! Our forefathers would be shocked to see how much tax we have paid without a fight.
This is only for excise taxes on petroleum. Fully legal because it is not a direct tax.

Ask yourself why they had to remove any mention of Alaska and Hawaii when they changed from territories to states of the Union.

Makes me wonder how fast the IRS would be at my door.
