Yeah Yeah, I know, It wasn't exactly day 1 that it was released. But did you really expect that they were going to be released that fast? Kash said all these things without even knowing the situation behind the scenes (I assume).
And, i will say, many here lack critical thinking skills, because why in the world would it make any sense that the Epstein List be revealed with all names on it unredacted BEFORE arrests started? Like her or not, Pam Bondi has to build a case based on evidence presented. Remember, Q said the following in Q post 3724:
"It must be done right. It must be done according to the rule of law. It must carry weight. It must be proven in the court of law. There can be no mistakes. Good things sometimes take time."
So yes, it's gonna probably take a bit before we see the contents of Epstein's list. I am confident it will be released eventually, but arrests have to happen first or else this would be all for nothing. It doesn't make sense to release it and be like "We know who you are!" and give the bad guys a chance to run for it.
One final thing. Consider what is literally on the sidebar from Q post 725:
"Those who cannot understand that we cannot simply start arresting w/o first: ensuring the safety & well-being of the population shifting the narrative removing those in DC through resignation to ensure success defeating ISIS/MS13 to prevent fail-safes freezing assets to remove network-to-network abilities kill off COC to prevent top-down comms/org, etc. etc. should not be participating in discussions."
Unfortunate but true. On top of your points, I think they were a bit surprised by these activist judges in lower courts as well. I thought that all of the push back would come from the usual suspects and I also thought the DOJ could get emergency hearings with the supreme court. Being fairly certain that chief justice Roberts is the passenger we saw as "John Roberts" on the flight log that was leaked early on, the DOJ may never be able to get a hearing.
I mentioned something like this in another post (without the Q drop reference, TY for sharing!) that everything needs to be buttoned up tight before acting.
We know the list includes very high-profile people and all of them are flight risks.
Things do take time and you can't just go off all willy-nilly without a plan in place that will ensure success in prosecution according to the rule of law.
This is especially important since the Dems have been shouting for months that POTUS will become a dictator and arrest his opponents. Pam and Kash have all said during their confirmation hearings that they would not go after political opponents for the sake of politics, but follow the rule of law and prosecute those who have committed crimes, so it needs to be handled effectively.
So, there could be some legitimate scenarios playing out behind the scenes:
They have the evidence, but Pam and Kash maybe didn't know the exact extent of all the names on the list and any and all evidence of crimes committed that is in the hands of the FBI and DOJ that was not acted on in prior DOJ regimes, so there is more to go through, which takes time.
There is a lack of evidence either because it was never there or because there are reports that there are employees of DOJ and FBI that are wiping servers and destroying evidence. We do not know which cases or information are allegedly being wiped, but if it involves Epstein, and they lost a good amount of evidence that was already collected and organized, they could be at a significant disadvantage in moving forward in a prosecution and they need to work on a plan around it.
Regardless of either scenario, If they were to simply release the list prior to having indictments (likely sealed) and signed arrest warrants, it would result in a shit show, because it would absolutely alert those named and give them time to either flee, get the PR wheels moving, and/or get their ducks in a row for their eventual defense.
It doesn't speak of a cover-up unless it's never released or released but heavily redacted. There are murder investigations and trials that go on for months and years before a resolution, and the cases around Epstein could be some of the biggest in history.
I would rather them slow-walk something this big to ensure success at trial, than get the short-term joy of seeing the names officially released and not get the proper resolution because they shot their wad too soon. They cannot get away with it.
Promises mean nothing nowadays.
No excuses IMO. And every day that passes without release, the more obvious the cover up will be.
I've heard an old story about a man, who exercised by running, who bet his friends he could catch a white tail deer. The man had access to a large forrest that he would run the trails of and knew the forest well. His strategy was to startle the deer and cause it to sprint away from him and flank and repeat driving the deer into a central area. After enough maneuvering the exhausted animal collapsed and the man was able to approach and pat the deer on the head and keep on running. It's probably just folk lore...
That's what's going on. The peaceful surrender of the prey is best here. Persistence and patience are key.
