As other commenters have said, the board is not a public institution and has a purpose.
Any as we have seen countless times - any unfiltered board, or company, or platform - if it is remotely free speech focused - gets rapidly infiltrated by bad actors spamming racism and death threats etc - and somehow 'the left' instantly 'finds' those posts and uses them as weapons to call for shutting down the board/platform for BS hate speech rules. And it takes a lot of expensive lawyers probably to have a chance to fight that crap off. Which is how they left shuts down anyone that disagrees with them.
These boards are watched. And every board and platform gets infiltrated. No one if a fan of mods censoring - but the reality is there are lines that can and would get this site shut down- or at the very least smeared as some 'hate site' and then people looking for answers avoid the site as 'just another racist site'. Then we all lose access to it, or turns away new people. And bad actors are constantly trying to post garbage that will get screen captured and do exactly that. It doesnt matter if someone is an honest, angry patriot - or a deep state shill - if something is inflammatory enough to cause trouble for the board....
There are topics that have to be spoken of....lightly. Its not fair - but we are at war. And war is not fair.
Personally, I think it is axiomatic that freedom requires discipline. Absolute free speech (where all and every thing is tolerated) leads to tyranny and loss of freedom.
I consider the parameters that the mods enforce here to be productive and necessary disciplines that keep us free. To discuss Q related things, to engage with each other in mutual solidarity, and for visitors to find and acquire new (and ideally) useful information.
