Your very obvious attempts to stir, agitate, provoke negative emotional reactions make it hard for me to take anything from you seriously. Actually, to consider anything from you to be of any value to me or the board.

Brother, you're denying reality. I don't know what to tell you. If you think me pointing out obvious reality is trolling, I don't know what to tell you. Racism is hate speech. Hate speech is free speech. Censoring free speech is un-American. There's nothing you can say that changed that. You can try to word-salad around facts all you want. Facts never change. Feelings do, as you've demonstrated. As I originally stated, I don't have to agree with hate speech to defend it.
Here's another fact: Most people aren't aware of their own cognitive dissonance.
