You have to use nitter.poast.org and then archive that.
Archive.today will archive things too, but not audio or video hence nitter.poast.org, then wayback machine.

Any website owner can request Archive to remove individual pages of their site or even their entire site.
But judging on the location of Archive, it may be full of fruits and nuts.
This is a pre-emptive restriction. I cannot archive any tweet directly from x.com like used to be possible. It now gives that error message every time. If a site is excluded, archive.org says "this website has been excluded from the WaybackMachine". However x is a different message as OP shows

Well that one actually archived but the video still didn't get included. Oh well I recorded it but it would be nice if archive.org would just work again
