There might be a state that you cannot opt out of them, though I believe that you can in all of them with the proper legwork.
It was great to just be able to fill out the form & tell the school no. I really wish I had done more research before I poisoned my children early in life.
Oddly enough, the Texas Senate is the more Conservative body. If something makes it through the RINO House and is a good Conservative bill the odds are really good that the Senate will pass it - as long as it doesn't have a bunch of demon stuff in it.
This is fantastic and hopefully is a template for similar legislation to be brought to the Federal Congress. But given the state of that cesspool my faith is low.

This will be entertaining. I often get advertisements for other states due to occasional VPN usage.
Hopefully they get a grundle of law suits from that alone. A single state may just help stop the advertising altogether.
So if they don’t advertise are they still held liable? That’s what we really need.
