Did they determine if anyone was getting payments yet? This is what he found a few months ago but I haven't heard anything about payments being stopped or people being prodecuted. There are no savings listed on the DOGE website, so I assume no.

However, I haven't seen where any checks went out to these "people". Has anyone heard of that being documented? Well SS can be collected as a survivor benefit for kids under 18 in certain circumstances
I'd bet SS has a rule that states if a person is 122 years old, they know that person isn't alive, but they still have to put that money into an account so if that person IS alive there will be funds available to them. Now multiply that by 12.3M people and that pot of money grows. Who wants that money????? Why, the left, of course. It's a great slush fund that probably has not too much oversight. So a SS agent can go into that fund and release it to a federal agency that might have a need for it.
