I think USA needs to do all this to be in the game versus China, and White Hats can pause everything if we need to, coordinated with operations restoring constitutional freedoms.

One of my friends thinks there will be pockets of woke cities that stick with the black hats tech, and that certain states, possibly many, will be White Hats states with constitutional money and optional blockchain tech, but not mandatory, freedom for symbolic 144,000 representing not just a literal 144,000 people, but a totality of people who will follow honest principles rather than totalitarian technocratic, putting AI to good use, with humans with good values in control, using AI for good, not for evil
