Negative, as doge discovered since it's inception through many public revelations and announcement at pressers, the democrats were funneling money from taxpayers to many different NGOs in the name of all kinds of programs. Money totalling many billions of dollars and counting.

Please come out from under your rock and smell the air that is wrought with fraud and ripe with money laundering....
