I worked with one in the past and, I don't care if I'm generalizing, everything's normal until they're comfortable. After that, shit goes sideways. This one had a massive drug habit which wound up getting himself fired but in the meantime tried to pull everyone down with him. There's literally no moral compass since they've thrown the basic blueprint for life and relationships out of the window.
