The second speaker said they want to ensure that the Providence police do not do exclusive immigration enforcement action. Exclusive immigration enforcement might include arresting someone whose only crime is being in the USA illegally. Arresting a gang member who sells fentanyl is not "exclusive" to his illegal presence in the USA. These people are stupid.
