I'm not sure about removing the rights of all trans people for the crimes of some, even if the criminals were the majority. What should be done is restore 2nd Amendment rights for the law-abiding in every state.
Then you're retarded. Mentally ill people shouldn't have easy access to guns.
The Second Amendment is not about easy access -it's about the right to defend oneself. If someone admits to being unable to handle responsibly gun rights or shows him or herself to be incapable of understanding the difference between self defense and following evil desires (as this shooter did), that can and should be determined by a reasonable jury, at which point they can legitimately have those rights removed..
