The Second Amendment is not about easy access -it's about the right to defend oneself. If someone admits to being unable to handle responsibly gun rights or shows him or herself to be incapable of understanding the difference between self defense and following evil desires (as this shooter did), that can and should be determined by a reasonable jury, at which point they can legitimately have those rights removed..
