He was ordered to a psychiatric facility to be evaluated for 60 days to see if he is fit to aid in his own defense to stand trial. If not, he will be kept in a mental facility until he is fit to stand trial. Either way he is going to be locked up for life.
Was Decarlos Brown Jr released to a mental facility? Full story of how it was erroneously reported, there was no release only a court ordered mental evaluation.
They are trying to find ways to release him again; I'll bet.
We shall see. This time it is too public, he is getting federal charges as well, sweeping this under the rug is nearly impossible at this juncture.
