This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.

Sometimes it's good to go for a nice hike.
The ships are all out patrolling the seas or in the yard for maintenance.
Stick a camera on them then? Good enough for me as long as I can see a ship in water moving along a path!

Hey Frens- I have had a tech crash and I am in need of the Q 101 starter set. I found some stuff through the GA search but not enough. I recall for a minute there was Q History FBI Anon, the Chans role etc etc and how to read proofs etc etc A list of terms would be great Anon Autuist . Extra points for the what kind of Anon are you with all the Pedes cartoons. 😁 that one just because I love it. I was thinking about Jesus when He told his disciples some exorcisms required fasting and prayers (verse below). Until recently we've only been lookng at it from the "parasites" angle.
How about state of Ketosis? When you fast your body switches to Ketones and your cells start to regenerate and healing begins. Your breathing slows down and your pain is healed, inflammation subsides.
It makes me wonder if at this stage your body actually begins to operate or exist in a higher frequency and hence, prayers become more powerful.
For me personally, I feel like I can hear my Holy Spirit clearer while fasting.
Also, why did Jesus fast for 40 days before He began God's work? Aside from the general reasons we already know of, I actually wonder now if there's something more that we haven't thought of.
Matthew 17:19

For those who believe they are not worthy.
If I don’t feel saved does this mean I am not saved?
I must confess that of a truth, there are many brethren out there who are in this state of dilemma. They allow their feelings to determine whether they are saved or not. If they are making progress in their christian life, then they know for sure God has saved them for his glory, but if they begin to feel unspiritual probably because of a sin they committed, then they easily conclude that they have lost their salvation, or were not saved even to begin with. The question is, can the way we feel be used as a determinant of our salvation? If I don't feel saved, does that mean am not saved? Or if I feel that I am saved, then it means truly am saved?
The security of our salvation is not based on our feelings, but in the integrity of God's infallible word
The way you feel cannot be a determining factor as to whether you are saved or not, but it is based solely on the integrity of God's word. Our feelings are not reliable, what God's word teaches is the truth and nothing but the truth. What God's word teaches is what we are to hold on firmly and not to waver. If you learn from God's word that your salvation is eternally secure, then you need to believe it, even if your feelings is telling you the other way round. We must learn to judge our feelings by God's word and not vice versa.
Even when we sin, God's word assures us of the forgiveness of our sins, for in Christ Jesus we are forgiven of all our sins. Paul wrote this: I am writing to you, little children, because your sins have been forgiven you for His name's sake-- 1 John 2; 12. The Greek word for, "forgiven" is the word, "aphiēmi" and it means, "to remit, to forgive ". The Greek tense implies a completed action in the past which has an ongoing effect. This means that the sins of our entire life are forgiven and that includes our past, present and future sins. Our sins are forgiven irrespective of our feelings, and our salvation is eternally secure irrespective of the way we feel.
Few scriptures which gives us the assurance that we are saved no matter our feelings, Jesus said: My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand.

This is really important stuff. This goes beyond spirituality and affects us even in normal social situations.
The one thing that causes most problem for people, which includes depression, compulsive behaviours, self destructive behaviors and even suicidal thoughts, but also a host of smaller interpersonal problems, is the lack of self worth.
Lack of self worth comes from the fact that we have been taught that you need to achieve great things to be worthy. But this goes against what Jesus taught us - that we are all worthy because God sacrificed his own Son to save us all - or to put in other words we are all worthy because we are God's children.
This is why we are called Human Beings and not Human Doings. We are worthy just for being who we are - God's creations - and not for what we do.
Once we truly believe that we are worthy as we are, not for anything we achieve but for just being us - our whole life changes. We feel much more at peace, and enjoy little things in life and let go of envy or pride or putting on superiority or working ourselves to the bone at the cost of everything else just to achieve something great.
This is also the reason why modern society is so screwed up - without God and the belief that as God's creations we are inherently worthy - we have all kinds of problems in today's society and is the root cause of most of the psychiatric diagnoses - like BPD, Narcissism etc.
This is also why atheism leads one to a depressing and superfluous life with deep underlying issues, because without belief in God you will always look for self worthy externally.
There is another dimension to this. One of the cornerstones of a lot of occult beliefs, including Freemasonry, Hinduism etc is the concept of "Salvation through Great Work". This is back to the same concept - you are not worthy unless you do great things - and is indeed the fundamental tenet of Satanism. The ultimate "Great Work" is of course dethroning God and making Satan take that seat.
Every atheist or agnostic I personally know, are not happy people, and certainly devoid of true joy. The pleasures they seek are fleeting and temporary, and then they are miserable again. Always needing something, some kind of distraction or get away, some kind of improvement in their physical lot. There is never enough for them. Now, in Matthew 15 26 Jesus says to a woman who asks her daughter to be healed, that the bread from the table goes to his children first, not to the dogs, she responds that even the dogs get the crumbs from his table. He was referring to the Jews, who he had come to save, and the woman was a gentile, all gentiles were considered sinners, just in the fact that they were not born as Jews. It is understandable why people do feel unworthy, as it is repeated often in the New Testament that we are unworthy, except for our Faith, with a capital F. It is an interesting contemplation, the walk between self worth, and humility. If I take myself out of the equation, my ego, my self interest, I can see myself as no better or worse than any creation of God. There is conflict with other denominations because of my belief. I am worthy only because I am God's creation, my atomic structure and cells were created by the great I AM. So, I am at once a precious jewel made with his loving hands, and yet will always be unworthy if I do not believe in HIM. A blade of grass is also a creation of HIS hands, and will. Yet we trample on it, plow it up, with no thought of why it is there, that it is part of Creation, What separates me from that blade of grass, is that my being was given a consciousness, a choice to believe and love HIM, and that love gives me worth, and purpose. As we learn about energies and frequencies, we can almost hear the rejoicing in all things natural to God Almighty. "Even these stones will cry out" Christ said. I think we will soon witness that, so, have no fear, and be a good steward, according to the law in Scripture.
