The stat 59% of ALL illegal aliens is speaking of the illegal aliens contained within the nation.
What's after the comma in that sentence pivots to speaking about the portion of the population of the US which takes food stamps--but it applies the stat on the percentage of the illegal alien population. Crazy dishonest reporting.
As it turns out, approximately 10% of those who take food stamps are illegal aliens. That 10%, however, represents 59% of all illegal aliens.
