That's what I figured, and I've wondered if people thinking there is a Q there instead was not the intention. Maybe double meanings? Just one I've always been curious about.

towards the top left at 45 degrees, exactly where an hour hand would point at 10:30. And in the tweet they confirm that's the intention
I'm confused too, think it looks like 10:20!
but the link actually says 10:30...
Perhaps the formation they're standing in isn't perfectly lined up, but you can see a perfect 45 degree angle in the logo. Which would be exactly halfway between a 10 and 11 on the clock.
