Well, if we are being fair, some of these countries are very small and have a limited amount of eligible males they do not wish to sacrifice for countries that have not helped them, or, they have no interactions or trade with, or, countries that are actively trying to overwhelm them with immigration...

You have to pick your battles! We should do the same.
