They don't spend it; they steal it and flush it down the toilet. Taxes have turned into nothing but a fraud on the American citizen. I said, "turned into", but it's probably been designed that way since day one.
One example: CA pays NGOs $10 - $20 million a year to hunt down illegals and sign them up for tax identification numbers and welfare benefits, including free healthcare. With healthcare comes voter registration cards: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=3771
Check your pay stub. And don't forget property tax, utility tax, sales tax, gas tax, ...
Half your fucking money gets stolen through all the taxes you pay at EVERY stage of buying or selling ANYTHING.
