For a very long time, buying and owning a home was considered the pinnacle of the American Dream. It was the reward for working hard, and doing the right thing, but now, because of the Record High Inflation caused by Joe Biden and the Democrats in Congress, that American Dream is increasingly out of reach for far too many people, especially younger Americans. It is for that reason, and much more, that I am immediately taking steps to ban large institutional investors from buying more single-family homes, and I will be calling on Congress to codify it. People live in homes, not corporations. I will discuss this topic, including further Housing and Affordability proposals, and more, at my speech in Davos in two weeks.

A corporation means non-corporeal entity. A non-corporeal entity is something that only exists within the framework of "law." Of course, then you have to understand what "law" means. That's a bit complicated, but in this case (as we generally use the term), law is a fictional limit (i.e. it's a statement of a "limit" that isn't a limit (a limit that doesn't actually exist)). That fiction is enforced through coercion. Without coercion, i.e. forced compliance, law is meaningless (because it's a fiction). A non-corporeal entity then, is created specifically so that it can act as a person, in a court of law, so that it can sue and be sued. This contrivance is designed to hide criminal activity; hiding the crimes of real people behind the face of the non-corporeal (fake) entity in court.
There are many types of corporations. A government is (as we use the term) a "governmental corporation". It's purpose is to sue and be sued, hiding the actions of the real people who are doing the actions; in general to blame the fake (legal) entity so that the real people in charge can steal from or otherwise harm other real people.
It's important to appreciate that a government doesn't have to be that way, but as I said, that requires an understanding of what law actually is, and that's a bigger discussion.
The corporation (legal non-entity) we call the "U.S. Govt." was made in 1787 through the document we call "The Constitution." That document incorporated the non-corporeal entity through the fiction of a fraudulent system of law (fraudulent in the sense that it was missing essential elements of understanding Natural Law, AKA the only True (nonfictional) Law).
It is possible that the Act of 1871 made some changes to the original U.S. Govt., and we are using laws from 1871 fraudulently, but if so (and I'm not convinced), it's not really a big deal compared to the problems with the original incorporation (U.S. Govt. from 1787).
