IF this is true, it simply illustrates demoncrat dishonesty. Say one thing: do another. IF this is true, why did retail oil prices skyrocket during Joe's reign? WHY did Joe drain the Strategic Oil Reserve at the same time while prices continued to rise? Was the oil from the reserve counted as production? The bottom line is this: knowing what we already know about demoncrat cheating my guess would be this is ANOTHER demoncrat plan to increase oil company profits to fund the demoncrat election-theft machine.
