Won't matter if USSC rules against racially based gerrymandering, which is what CA did in their re-districting effort. USSC did not rule on the merits of the case that everyone is hitting about. They just declined to hear it, probably because they know how they will be ruling in the racial gerrymander case. If that ruling goes our way then CA's redistricting map gets shit-canned
