No, but he halted the clearing of the homeless camps, a policy change that even former/prior NYC Mayor Adams decried, stating that the homeless would be at risk of freezing in the winter. Nor did he force them off the streets or into shelters or "warming stations" so they could survive. But Lord forbid we ever hold a lefty responsible for any bad decisions they make, especially those that cause harm or death.
