Probably with the help of other green card holders, whether they knew it or not.
Make an example out of him!!!
10+ years of hard time.
It won't surprise me to eventually learn that these "small" exposures are to condition the masses for the big reveal.
It takes time to reverse the conditioning of the previous decades.
While we are discussing this, I would like to introduce an idea I had for cities & states. I think they should all have a provision, similar to that of the USA that no one can be head executive (be it mayor or governor) unless they were either born there or resident during it's incorporation (since new cities are always formed)
