My first job, when I was 16, was working on a farm outside of Ocala Florida where 300 of these horses lived. Some of them were champions. These are beautiful strong horses with huge personalities. It wasn’t the best job (mucking stalls every morning) but the faster I finished that I got to spend the rest of the day on the four-wheeler dropping alfalfa and hay and running the fences looking for things to fix. Anyway, these horses are awesome and it was fun to hang out with them every day.
