Brianna Turner says WNBA should not wear ‘USA 250’ patches due to history of slavery: ‘Be so serious’
Aces forward Brianna Turner, the Players Association treasurer, balked at the idea that WNBA All-Stars should wear the “USA 250” patch on their jerseys that other professional sports leagues have a…
The NBA is literally the only thing keeping the WNBA going with periodic cash infusions because the WNBA can’t put asses in seats or get people to tune in on streaming services or T.V
Go play for the Congo, maybe you can give the highschool team a good run.
WNBA doesn’t interest me in the slightest.
Stupid dikes think they're actually relivant. Funny.
It’s wild how that miserable league was just magically handed the undeserved keys to mainstream acceptance and success in the form of widely popular Caitlin Clark.
And instead of doing the sane and decent thing of being grateful and excited and capitalizing on it, they just went full-Rapinoe.
Let it die.
Betting what makes them so full of hate is actually jealousy because, in one package, Clark is everything most of them are not - straight, white, Christian AND (what REALLY truggers them) gifted with innate intelligence, skill and ability to: truly understand the game, track the ball and the players, anticipate plays/actions, devise and execute strategies/plays in real-time and consistently deliver success/wins in ways and calibers about which they [players and coaches] can only dream.
Agree, she should join Ice Cube’s league and try and make the LPGA in her off seadon
Seriously. The WNBA plainly needs her way more than she needs them.
And maybe, after the league implodes, she can buy the rights to the name with pocket change, rebuild the league with decent human beings, and make WNBA stand for “We’re Not Boons Anymore”.
"Boons" - Hahaha! Funny, . . ., and very germane.
Their loss, not ours.
They may have a down turn in attendees.
