Regardless of the surface level rhetoric and political justifications about countering the U.S/Europe. Or respecting other peoples sovereignty. Power is always going to find somewhere to rest its head. There’s always going to be someone that’s top dog. Multipolarity in modern day is for the most part a Myth and wishful thinking on the part of Idealists, Isolationists. It may have been possible centuries ago due to people’s ignorance of other’s existence. But it would have ended as soon as people were exposed to one another.
As to the content of the article. He’s unraveling quite the twisted trail going back a long way. Going that far back with interests as old as entrenched as they were. You run the risk of there Plans on top of plans. Double, Triple, and Quadruple Agents. Betrayals and False trails on top of real trails. On top of further false ones. Along with the muddling effects of time and distance from the events. So it’s difficult to identify with any degree of certainty who’s on the right trail. Maybe it’s the author, maybe it’s not, or perhaps he’s only got part of the picture but has been waylaid by a false lead.

And the resistance is hamstrung to the point of near impotence by ironically both its decentralized nature. The debatable mental stability of some of its leading figures. Along with The difficulty with decoding potentially millennia old relationships and trails of money and intelligence. Along with a steadfast refusal to use State Power when it does get it. Out of principle or allegiance to Political or Economic theory that could have been set up from day 1. By the people they are trying to oppose. Given the timeframe involved.
Essentially we’re left with banking on a Real Estate Developer from New York. And hoping we aren’t being strung along
