I think the Locks stand for the people who have been "locked" up who were involved in Wuhan China COVID bio-warfare (among other things). Harvard Lab had China involvement.. As did other Universities! These are all "Red Flags". What does a Red Flag stand for? I see a double meaning. China- Red flag..
