Are these satanists bulletproof?
Almost certainly not, but I would not be surprised if they think they are.
Do they live underground?
Actually, possibly yes to an extent. I'm not 100% sure about how big their underground system is, but it certainly exists to some extent. I've done a fair bit of research on this one. Some level of yes is undeniable, some of the more outlandish claims have evidence, but far from conclusive. Its rough weeding through all the disinformation and less than stellar journalism on this topic.

To this I have to say yes. They hide in plain site. Once you get past the hurdle, you see their influence everywhere. They were formerly known as the Illuminati. Before that they were something else. Now they have rebranded into the World Economic Forum (or those that actually lead the WEF). The Rothschilds, the Rockefellers, Bilderberg, etc. all are the true elite. They own literally everything. They own the Federal Reserve. They MAKE the money we use at their discretion. They own ALL of our debt (in a way they own all people who have debt as indentured servants). They also own us through our birth certificates (but that's a whole other rabbit hole). They own literally every single bank in the world (because they immediately buy out or destroy any private bank). They are megatrillionaires. They have ALWAYS been the bankers (traced back hundreds of years, but likely thousands, its their M.O.). They instigated every single war for at least the past 250 years by owning both sides (and made money off both sides). The easily proven (or easily investigated) non Satanist stuff goes on and on.
In addition to training their own family members from early childhood in Satanism, they own everyone else who wants to have power, fame or money. They own them by breaking them. First they seduce them with money, or sex, or power. Then they start training them. According to my research (take it with a grain of salt, but there are quite a few independent accounts) They start with small moral corruption, like sex parties (Eyes Wide Shut was an expose, the director died after it was made but before it was released). Then comes the tied up anal gang rape. This trains complete submission to the will of the group. Then comes animal sacrifice. Then human sacrifice. From there it escalates, because its not just horrible acts, its also incredible power tempted to a broken mind. Its truly insidious. For those that aren't tempted by the money or power they threaten their families as an entry to control. They own EVERYONE in power (or close enough).
Imagine what it would take to steal a U.S. election when the real winner won by a Landslide (believe me, I spent a month analyzing the data, it was a landslide). How much collusion would it take? How many Secretaries of State, judges, governors, and legislature members does it take to make and pass unconstitutional election laws? How many does it take to certify election data that any 3rd year STEM student can look at and prove was not election data (random samplings from a biased population)? How many does it take to ignore every piece of evidence in every single court? How many news organizations do you have to own? How many big tech companies? They own everyone at the top. Everyone. Some simply by money, or even secondarily by money, but the ones at the top they own completely by the methods I have outlined above (or so a mountain of evidence suggests).
The ultimate goal is "heaven" (their version of it) on Earth. They want to completely own the world. They want complete Dominion (no coincidence in that name believe me). I assume they want to eliminate 90% of the population because its all that's necessary, and the lower the population its easier to maintain control. I don't really know, I just know what they have said. I don't have time to look up the proof of that right now, but its out there in several places. Bill Gates talks about depopulation all the time, though I'm not sure if he specifically has mentioned the 90%. Bill Gates is one of them btw. Not sure which family he belongs to off the top of my head, but he's a bloodline member, not a coercion.
As for why they didn't just eliminate this team of people. I am going to assume its a couple things. One, they don't have complete control of the whole world. Its actually a rather small group at the top of the food chain (thousands of members of the bloodline, probably run by a dozen or even one?). They do own the C_A. That's their intelligence company. They don't own all intelligence or the military though. That's not their way. They own some at the top. Think of it like vampires. If EVERYONE is a vampire you lose all the benefits of being a vampire. Although to be honest, you are asking some questions (especially those of motivation) that are at best educated guesses, and in other cases my evidence is less complete.
Though they are perfectly reasonable questions. They are questions I ask myself all the time. Finding the truth (or a reasonable approximation of it) is all about suspending disbelief enough to listen to the impossible, and doing lots and lots and lots of research.
