1. you don't understand counterparty risk, you can't even spell it. bitcoin solves problems in this regard the only idiots introducing themselves to counterparty risk as it relates to bitcoin is when you don't hold your own keys.
2. wall street doesn't "make bitcoins price". what do you back this up with? what are you even talking about?
3. bitcoin has a hard cap of 21million. you're correct about the others (they're shitcoins though. bitcoin's all that matters) but you've still demonstrated no real knowledge on the topic.
