Ok, this is definitely comms of some kind. Too many oddities packed into the article and graphics:

-Wallpaper print behind him has 7 dots filled in on all patterns except the middle row, which has one dot on the left side and seven on the right side (17).

-The butterfly is a monarch butterfly, and in the article, it talks about a king being turned over.

-The article talks about a 6 and a king, which would equal 16. There also appears to be a 16 written under the butterfly in the shadow. Don’t know what significance a 16 would be...

-The odd reference to Chernobyl. Comms about nukes?
