My 89-year-old mother takes Vitamin D, Vitamin C, L-Lysine, and a multivitamin every day. She's been around several family members who have all had Covid from age 2 - age 65 in the last month. She has not taken ill at all over the last year and I wonder if it's the L-Lysine she's been taking. Mother does know best!
