Does anyone else wonder why we don’t have more intelligent thoughtful lefties (sorry for the unintended oxymoron) coming on this and similar [sites] [...]?

Because they get censored and/or banned. Look at the rules for GAW / TDW. I don't agree with it, but that is one of the reasons.
