When I went to the dentist for a cleaning/checkup they asked me if I had had a cleaning since they last saw me. I had been pulling with coconut oil for quite awhile. A teaspoon of coconut oil in the mouth, which melts and you swish for 10 minutes or so, spit it out in the garbage and you're good to go...works wonders...cleans and whitens!
