What is the premise we're supposed to be taking from this photo, OP? It obviously represents something, but in all my research on this subject have never come across before.
You mentioned there isn't a map that works for a flat earth. The Azimithal Equidistant map works very well, especially when one reads the historical journals of ships traveling at the far outer reaches of the oceans. The UN logo is an example of this map. I think they know something about this...
Until someone does a better job of explaining why math supports a flat disk, and refutes the ball model; until someone can explain why ALL of nasa's images are CGI; until someone can explain why liquids will ALWAYS find level (cannot happen on a ball); and until someone can explain Admiral Byrd/Operation Dominic/Operation Fishbowl, I say the subject is open for discussion.
It's not enough to say "Flat Earthers are soooo dumb (snicker snicker)". That's an unserious cheap shot, especially when those throwing the cheap shot don't have a better explanation. "That can't possibly be true" doesn't cut it. We question EVERYTHING here. All you've done is make an assertion that has no sauce.
