Few serious people actually worship Satan. It's barely a thing. "Satanists" are mostly irreligious / humanists who are goofing on Christians. E.g. they build a Baphomet statue in front of a courthouse because Christians put up a Ten Commandments sculpture. It's ostensibly to make a point about the first amendment, but really it's a ruse to make their ideological enemies upset.
