So this is either just coincidental, or even anti-whatever cult is represented by a ram.

Typically, crosshairs are only ever used in military jargon, and are too "on-the-nose". The Cabal hates the military to the point of abusing them and even mass-slaughtering them with weather (such as the Deadly Russian Winters).

Considering how they are deep-throating that handshake, it almost seems like they are trying to not do any sort of freemason handshake, so it does look like a cognitive effort to do something here.
